These products are manufactured by combining processed wood materials (wood strands and fibre) with resin to form "mats" which are then heat-pressed and cut into panels.
Each type of Panel product requires a specialised manufacturing process to ensure the highest quality and product performance standards are achieved.

The range of products are:

		Triboard Triboard is an engineered three layered, dimensionally stable, wood strand core sandwiched between fibre (m.d.f.) outer skins. This is a high density product which has high resilience and impact resistance properties, and is used for load bearing walls and is durable for 50 years. View Specifications
		Spaceboard Spaceboard is manufactured the same way as Triboard but to a lower density and is used for non-load bearing office partitions and lightweight solid doors. View Specifications
		Strandboard Strandboard is manufactured from wood strands only which are glued and pressed together to form high density panels.  This product is mainly used as flooring View Specifications
		SuperStrand SuperStrand is manufactured the same way as Strandboard but has an enhanced durability and is treated with biodegradable organic preservative.
